Please allow up to 1-2 business days to fully process your order. Once orders are processed, items are usually shipped the next business day & you will be emailed a tracking number. Purchased items must be picked up within 30 days. We are not responsible for purchases not picked up within the 30 day period.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit (on all non-sale items). Store credit will be valid for one year and return shipping is not covered by dolce MODA.
If you are uncertain of an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you additional fit and/or color pictures. We are happy to help you with any of your needs before you make your purchase so that you are satisfied.
All sale items are final sale. Clearance merchandise must be considered “as is”. Although we try our hardest to keep all of our goods in perfect condition there may be small flaws, stains, sewing errors, etc. In addition, the following items are final sale: Underwear, jewelry, sunglasses & accessories.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all dolce MODA and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
To arrange a return please email email@example.com and put RETURN REQUEST in the subject line. Upon receipt of a RA number, pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box.

Items sent back without an RA will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Upon arrival, returns will be inspected and approved for store credit. Please allow up to 1-2 business days after arrival for credits to be issued. Please note free shipping applies only if you keep the item, we will deduct the shipping cost if we issue a store credit.
You can return or exchange any non- sale item you bought on the site to our brick and mortar store.
